• Promote entrepreneurial ship and innovations in order to establish competitive businesses in Cahul region
• Develop entrepreneurial skills
• Provide methodological and logistic assistance for launching businesses/projects
• Integrate public and private interests in the process of local development
• Develop cooperation relations
